| 摘 要： | 本文报告四例遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张伴严重鼻衄的病例,分别取其鼻中隔粘膜、腭粘膜、面及胸部皮肤病变组织行光镜与透射电镜观察。对其二个家系中初步调查了5人,均为阳性病史。

| Abstract: | This article reports 4 cases of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectesia accompanied with severe epis taxis.
Samples were obtained from mucous membrane of hasal septum and palate,pathologic cutonevas tissue of face and thorax. The light and transmission electron microscopic examination of these sampces were performed. Five persions in two family have positive illness history of this disease. We make a brief dissussion of the diagnosis and ultramicrostructureal changes of this disease. |
