摘    要:从生物陶粒反应器中分离出2株新型异养硝化细菌,经过生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA测序,鉴定出这2株菌分别属于Pseudomonas sp.和uncultured Acinetobacter sp.,并建立了系统发育树,采用乙酸钠-氯化铵作碳源和氮源进行硝化特性研究,经过12d好氧培养,wgy5和wgy33氨氮最终去除率为82.86%和78.30%,总氮最终去除率为65.50%和61.60%,并且具有产生亚硝态氮的硝化性能.在亚硝化培养基中经过12d的好氧培养,wgy5和wgy33对亚硝态氮的最终去除率为82.20%和80.36%,在硝化培养基中wgy5和wgy33对硝态氮的最终去除率为84.10%和90.12%.

Abstract:Two new heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria, wgy5 wgand y33, were isolated from a bio-ceramic reactor. With the aid of sequencing the 16SrDNA and physiological and biochemical identification, they were proved to belong to Pseudomonas sp. and uncultured Acinetobacter sp., respectively. Then the phylogenic tree was established. Sodium acetate and ammonium chloride were used as carbon and nitrogen sources to investigate nitrification characteristics of the two new bacteria. After 12-day aerobic culture, the removal rates of the NH4-N by wgy5 and wgy33 were 82.86 % and 78.30 % respectively, and the removal rates of the total concentration of nitrogen were 65.50 % and 61.06 %. And the two new bacteria have nitrification function of producing NO2-N. After 12-day aerobic culture, the removal rates of the NO2-N by wgy5 and wgy33 were 82.20 % and 80.36 % in nitrosifying culture medium, and the removal rates of the NOa-N were 84.10 % and 90.12 % in nitrifying culture medium.
