| 摘 要： | 介绍了不同定义下的螺旋角对应的事主状铣刀的刃口曲线、ＮＣ加工进给速度的设计及实得沟槽方面的相异模型,并用计算机实施了模拟,给出了相应补偿处理方法,指出了与经线成定角定义下的这种急设计与ＮＣ加工更易于实现的优势。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the different models of the Cutting edge, feeding speeds of NC machining and actual groove of the toroid-shaped cylindrical cutter corresponding to the different definitions of the helical angle. All the correlative models are simulated by means of computer.The remedial post-process methods are presented as well. The cutter that has a constant angle between the cutting edge and generator curve has many advantages in design and NC machining. |
