长非编码RNA以及与疾病发生的研究进展

调节性非编码RNA是指不被翻译为蛋白且具调节作用的功能性RNA分子,常见的具调控作用的非编码RNA(ncRNA)包括si RNA、miRNA、piRNA以及长链非编码RNA(lncRNA).lncRNA是目前调节性非编码RNA研究的热点.lncRNA与物种进化、胚胎发育、物质代谢以及肿瘤发生等有密切的联系,对其功能深入了解可促进细胞内基因表达调控网络的研究,也为临床疾病尤其是肿瘤的诊断和治疗以及新药的研发提供科学依据.本文主要对lncRNA的功能研究以及与疾病的发生研究现状进行探讨.

On Development of Long Non-Coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and Disease Occurrence

Non-coding RNAs are functional RNA molecules that are not translated into proteins .The main classes of regulatory non-coding RNAs include siRNA ,miRNA ,piRNA and long non-coding RNAs .At present ,long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are hot spots in contrast to other smaller non-coding RNAs . Through researches ,lncRNAs have been found to affect species evolution ,embryonic development ,me-tabolism and tumorigenesis .Research of IncRNAs will make further insights in understanding of gene ex-pression and regulation networks .It also provides scientific evidence for future diagnosis treatment of clini-cal diseases ,especially in human tumors and new drug research and development .In this review ,we have summarized research progress of lncRNAs .
