云南省中学体育教师能力素质与体育教育专业人才培养研究

对云南省的中学体育教师进行问卷调查,就其体育教师具备的能力素质进行深入调查,其次,对于在校的体育专业的大学生进行其能力素质的调查。结果：1,云南省中学体育教师在人文素养、外语水平、高水平运动员选材、计算机应用能力方面的认识不足,这些方面的素质有待提高;2,在读体育教育专业本科学生对相关方面的素质调查中也发现对人文素养、外语水平、高水平运动员选材、计算机应用能力方面的认识不足能力素质较低等。结论：中学体育教师的能力素质与专业人才培养之间存在相关性和不一致;两者都与现行的基础体育改革存在差距;在此基础上提出如何提高体育教育专业人才素质和培养目标等建议。

The Research Between Ability of Physical Education Instructor of Middle Schools And Situation of Training Physical education Professionals in Yunnan

Through the questionnaire investigation to abilities of physical education instructor of middle school in Yunnan province and capabilities of sports specialty undergraduate in school,it draws a conclusion： it still exists gap and relativity between abilities of physical education instructor of middle school in Yunnan and the abilities of physical education instructor in 21 century. It mainly embodies both the human accomplishment,foreign language ability,and so on. A t the same time it also provides how to improve the abilities of physical education specialty and advice of training objective on the basis of basic educational reform.
