免测绘型数字交通精确制图程序研究

摘    要:针对传统地图制图必须进行精密测绘或航空摄影以获得地理图像及位置坐标的问题,提出了一种与传统过程反序操作的全新的免测绘型数字交通精确制图方法.该方法据城市栅格地图可智能地提取交通网络信息,从而获得矢量地图;利用道路GPS轨迹(含准确经纬度)叠加于矢量地图,取得地图校正采样控制点;通过拓扑变换来完成地图节点坐标的精确校正,并为应用地图道路结构特征的带有闭环控制的道路聚类过程和动态离散拓扑变换实现数字地图的非线性校正,提出了离散非线性校正算法.以合肥城区的地图生成过程为例进行了实验,结果证明了免测绘制图方法在生成高精度数字地图上是有效的.

Abstract:The existing map-making is based on precise surveying and mapping or aerial photography for geographic pattern and position coordinates.With reverse order process,a new accurate digital traffic cartography method without surveying and mapping is developed.The method acquires vector map via intelligent extracting traffic network from the raster urban map,uses GPS track road(including accurate longitude and latitude) superposition in vector map to obtain map correction sampling control points,and completes map node coordinates of accurate calibration through the topological mapping.The key theoretical research results in the road clustering based on the road structure characteristics of raster map with closed-loop control and nonlinear calibration on the vector map by dynamic discrete topological transformation,thus the discrete nonlinear correction algorithm is put forward.The experimental map-making processes for the urban area of Hefei proved the validity of the cartography method with high precision.
