钢绳芯输送带纵向撕裂监测系统

摘    要:针对现有胶带纵向撕裂保护装置抗干扰性差和可靠性不高的特点,设计了一种新型电磁感应式纵向撕裂监测系统.通过改进检测传感器的设计,有效地解决了飘带引起的误动作问题;提出以接收信号频率作为被检测对象,大大提高了监测系统的抗干扰性.通过设置胶带运行距离检测器和运用线圈地址管理系统,使监测系统的工作不受输送机运行速度的影响,并能清楚地了解输送带的运行状况.

Abstract:In allusion to the poor dependability and anti-interference of exist protectors for longitudinal rip of rubber belt, a new electromagnetic induction type monitoring system for longitudinal rip is designed. By improving the design of sensor, false operation caused by belt movement can be avoided effectively. The anti-interference of the monitoring system can be improved greatly by choosing signal frequency as detection target. By using detector for running distance of rubber belt and winding address manage system, the work of the monitoring system will not be affected by running speed of conveyor, and the operation conditions of the conveyer belt can be known clearly.
