中小学教师参与学校决策问卷的编制

摘    要:依据决策理论与国内外相关研究将教师参与程度由浅入深分为不参与决策、知道详情、参与提供意见、参与设计方案和参与方案决定5个层次.将教师参与的内容分为行政、教务、总务3个领域.将参与状态分为“实际参与”和“期望参与”两种水平,设计出中小学教师参与学校决策的调查问卷.统计结果显示,问卷的结构、效度、倩度均达到了较为理想的水平。

Abstract:According to decision-making theory and correlative research in foreign countries and China,we divide the degree of teachers' participation into five levels:unparticipating, knowing the details,participating in providing suggestions, participating in planning schemes, participating in deciding schemes.We also divide the contents into three fields:administration, educational administration,general affairs, and divide the state into two standards:real participating and expected participating. Then we develop the questionnaire for primary and secondary school teachers' participation in decision-making of schools. Finally, according to the statistical analyses, the questionnaire has demonstrated to have good structure,reliability and validity.
