| 摘 要： | 人口过量和土地资源短缺一直是我们面临的重大问题，而如何合理有效地利用有限的土地资源，对于解决土地资源与人口之间的矛盾具有重要的理论和实际意义。当前我国城市土地利用现状有一定的弊病存在，应从政府行为科学化、进行土地整理加大旧城改造的力度和深度，立体式开发三个方面进行城市土地集约型利用。

| Abstract: | Excessive population and scarce land and resources have long been a big problem in China. So to effectively use the limited land plays a very important theoretical and practical role in resolving contradiction between the land and population. The current situation and existing problems of using urban land in China are analyzed, and some effective ways to intensively use the urban land are put forward in the paper. |
