| 摘 要： | 介绍了实验室合成的杀它仗的毒性研究结果。其中对Ｓ．Ｄ．大鼠的急性经口毒性ＬＤ５０为０．４９８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，室内有选择性、无选择性实验杀灭率均达１００％，摄食系数为１．１５，适口性好，致死时间范围为３～１３ｄ，平均致死时间为６．１ｄ，典型中毒症状为内出血。与鼠相比，其对鸡的毒性相对较小，是一种高效、安全的灭鼠剂。实验室自制杀它仗的研制成功，为国内杀它仗工业化生产提供依据。
