| 摘 要： | 社会经济系统的决策问题,大都是由多方面决策人员参加的,多指标的,具有确定可行方案集的方案择优或排序问题.本文针对这类带有普遍性的决策问题,在ELECTRE 方法的基础上,引入了目标规划的思想,将个体决策与群体决策有机地结合在一起,提出了一种多指标会话式选择决策模型。该模型具有人——机对话的特点,同时接受定量和定性信息,模型的多种功能交织在一起,不仅增加了方法的灵活性和适用性,而且交叉验证了决策的置信水平.此外,该模型还将指标价值和权放在一个比较适当的位置.这样既降低了对评价精度的要求,又使模型更加适用于社会经济问题.

| Abstract: | Based on ELECTRE method and by introducing the thought of goal plan-
ning,a decision making model is proposed.The model can be used for any
multiple criteria individual or group decision making problem which is of a
discrete alternative set.This model has the man-machine interactive property
and is receptive to quantitative and qualitative informations simultaneously.
In addition,this model can put the evaluation values of criterra at a suitable
place.Not only does this reduce the precision demand of criteria values,but
it also enables the model to be more suitable to socioeconomic problems. |
