| 摘 要： | 学校组织形象是职业院校内涵建设的重要内容,决定着职业院校的公众形象与社会声誉。职业院校组织形象的塑造必须遵循一定的原则,并从设计校园环境、改善师生的精神面貌、培育学校个性与风气等方面进行塑造。
