粤港澳大湾区红树林湿地面临的生态问题与保护对策

总结三大湾区——旧金山湾区、纽约湾区和东京湾区及其他典型湾区红树林湿地生态保护与修复在技术、政策和监管等方面的经验, 归纳粤港澳大湾区典型红树林群落存在的生态环境问题与湿地生态系统健康评价现状, 针对粤港澳大湾区各种污染物对红树林湿地的污染情况, 并结合大湾区未来发展规划, 对其红树林湿地保护提出几点建议: 1) 恢复、重建红树林; 2) 处理好城市建设与生态保护的矛盾; 3) 加强管理、宣传和科普教育; 4) 加强科学、科技研究以及科学保护; 5) 建立红树林湿地自然保护区, 加强大湾区联动合作。

Ecological Problems and Protection Countermeasures of MangroveWetland in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

This paper summarized the experience of the technical, policy and regulatory of the San Francisco BayArea, New York Bay Area, Tokyo Bay Area and other typical bay areas, induced the ecological environmentproblems and wetland ecosystem health assessment of the typical mangrove communities in the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and summarized the situation of various pollutants in mangrove wetlands in theGreater Bay Area. Combining the actual situation and future development of the Greater Bay Area, somesuggestions for the protection of mangrove wetlands in Greater Bay Area are proposed: 1) mangrove recovery andreconstruction; 2) handling the contradiction between urban construction and ecological protection; 3) strengtheningmanagement, publicity and popular science education; 4) further scientific research and protection scientifically;5) establishing more mangrove wetland nature reserves and strengthening the joint cooperation of theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
