| 摘 要： | 将螺栓、透镜垫及法兰作为一个整体,分析了透镜垫高压管道连接系统各元件的受力情况,得到了螺栓载荷计算公式,并用密封试验对其验证,结果表明计算值与试验结果吻合较好,从而为高压管道透镜垫的密封设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the bolts, flanges and the lens gaskets are considered as a integral assembly, the load subjected on each part of the united system of the high pressure pipeline of the lens gaskets is analysed, and the formula using in calculating the load of bolts is obtained, and it is tested by sealing experiments It is shown that the calculating values agree with the experimental results well. Thus this paper provides a basis of sealing design of lens gaskets for high pressure pipeline. |
