铸铁闸瓦磨损失效机理

摘    要:应用扫描电镜(SEM)对火车刹车闸瓦进行了失效分析,并得出了以下结论:闸瓦的磨损主要是由疲劳块状剥落及磨粒磨损所造成;疲劳剥落是由于在应力作用下,次表层的磷共晶破碎,以及石墨尖端造成的应力集中,使它们周围的基体萌生裂纹并扩展的结果;闸瓦的块状剥落与磨料磨损相互促进加剧了磨损。最后提出了闸瓦磨损的物理模型,进一步说明了闸瓦的磨损过程。

Abstract:With SEM,the mechanism of wear thin of brake block for train is investigated inthis paper.The authors came to the conclusion that the wear of brake block occursmainly as a result of fatigue peeling off and abrasive wear;the main reason of fatiguepeeling off is crack appeared at the interface of phosphorus eutectic/matrix andgraphite/matrix.It is also discovered that the different kinds of wear help each other toaccelerate the wear of brake block.At last,the wear model of brake block is given outto explain its wear process.
