| 摘 要： | 根据高斯光束传输的ＡＢＣＤ定律和几何光学中的杨氏公式推导斜细光束传递矩阵，从而进行像散光束的变换，并进行像散和场曲的计算，利用公式对激光束扫描聚焦物镜进行计算，得到满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the yoang's formulas of Geometrical optics and ABCD laws of Gaussian beam propagation,the transfer matrix of narrow obliquely incident Gaussian beams through optical systems are obstained,and the transformation of astigmation of astigmatic beams are discussed and the evalution of astigmation and Curvature of field are introduced in this paper. |
