高分子材料选区激光烧结翘曲的研究

摘    要:通过大量的高分子材料烧结试验,发现了选区激光烧结中的最常见现象之一--翘曲的根本原因,根据高分子科学的相关理论和选区激光烧结的特点,对翘曲的发生原因和发展规律进行了论述,导出了新的翘曲角公式。

Abstract:From Plenty of experiments it was showed that the characters of polymer and SLS are the basic cause. With the help of relative Polymer Science knowledge and based on the characteristic of selective laser sintering, the cause and laws of warp were reasoned. The new way of calculating warp-angle was given.
