| 摘 要： | 德国"双元制"办学模式是一种成熟的职业教育模式,它立足于企业培养高技能人才的教育核心,与独立学院的培养目标不谋而合。本文通过对"双元制"模式特点的分析,提出借鉴其中的理念和经验,独立学院会计专业人才培养应以职业分析为导向细分专业,以"双元"合作为基础开展教学,以"职业技能"为本位设置课程,并加强教师的职业培训。
