| 摘 要： | 运用文献计量学方法，检索并分析了2003-2012年SCI收录河南省论文的数量、来源期刊、机构分布、文献类型、文献语言、学科分布、国家/地区合作、基金资助、论文被引情况等，客观地反映了河南省科研工作者的论文生产力、学术影响力以及科技创新力，并提出了以下建议：科研管理部门应充分发挥科研政策导向作用，鼓励发表更高水平的SCI论文；促进优势学科形成，大力发展交叉学科与边缘学科；增强国际和机构之间的合作。

| Abstract: | By using bibliometric method, this paper retrieves and analyzes the SCI papers published by Henan Province from 2003 to 2012 from aspects of the paper number,source journals, organization distribution,document type,document language,subject distribution, national/regional cooperation,fund sponsorship,and paper citation,etc., which objectively reflect the paper productivity, academic influence and sci-tech innovation power of Henan’s scientific researchers, and offers the suggestions that the scientific research management department should fully display its policy guidance function, encourage the publishcation of higher level SCI papers, promote the formation of advantageous subjects, vigorously develop the cross subjects and interdisciplinary subjects, and strengthen international and inter-organizational cooperation. |
