改革背景下我国图书馆理事会制度研究

根据2011年3月23日中共中央印发的《中共中央国务院关于分类推进事业单位改革的指导意见》（中发2011]5号）精神，我国事业单位改革势在必行。公共图书馆属于公益一类事业单位，目前已经具备了建立理事会制度的条件。以事业单位改革为背景，以公共图书馆为典型，对我国建立图书馆理事会制度进行了探讨。

Study on China’s Library Council System under the Background of Reform

According to the spirit of ＆lt;The Instruction of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting the Classified Reform of Public Institutions （2011]No.5）＆gt;issued by CPC Central Committee on March 23, 2011, the reform of public institutions in China is imperative. The public library, which belongs to the first category of public welfare institution, has already had conditions to set up the council system. Based on the reform of institutions, and taking the public library as the model, this paper probes into how to set up the council system in the libraries in China.
