| 摘 要： | 以浙江省宁波市统计资料为依据，实证了行业人才集聚度与贡献率之间的关系。实证结果表明，宁波市的行业人才集聚度提高了对行业的贡献率，但是，人才集聚度还不高，集聚效应不够明显，不同种类和层次的人才组合效应还没有显现。因此，笔者提出有关部门要加快宁波市行业人才集聚形成集聚效应，要重视保持各方面人才的合理比例产生组合效应，从而促使宁波市各行业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | This article investigates the relationship between industrial talent aggregation degree and rate based on statistical data of Ningbe city. Results showed industrial talent aggregation degree contribution has positive effect on the industrial performance, but the talent aggregation degree is not high enough, agglomeration effect is poorly significant, the talent associated effects of all kinds of types and levels does not yet appear. Hence, the authors suggest relevant departments speed up the agglomeration effect of industrial talent, emphasize on maintaining the reasonable proportion of all kinds of talent, healthy development of various industries in Ningbo. |
