对福建省高职院校体育课分项选修的研究

通过查阅文献资料、问卷调查、统计分析等方法,对高职院校体育教学的现状进行调查研究．研究表明,高职院校体育教学实行分项选修教学的方法,是一种因材施教、适合学生心理需求,注重学生个体发展的体育教学模式,能够调动学生锻炼身体的积极性,使学生掌握终身受益的体育技能,从而培养学生的体育意识,为终身体育服务．

STUDY OF THE ELECTIVE COURSE OF PE IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE IN FUJIAN

By checking the literature, questionnaire surveying, statistical analysis, we make some surveys on the present situation of the PE in the higher vocational and technical college. It shows that it is a good way to apply the elective course. It meets the requirement of the students ' mentality and lay emphasis on the individual development. It can arouse the students'training activity. They can learn a training skill good for their life. It can serve for the lifetime physical training by cultivating the students ' physical training consciousness.
