摘    要:学术性与师范性、定向培养与非定向培养的有机结合 ,已经成为世界师范教育改革的主潮流。顺应潮流 ,我国高等师范院校必须尽快突破传统范式 ,更新内部管理制度 ,导向教育模式创新。否则 ,将很难从容地应对世界教育加速改革的严峻挑战

Abstract:The ingenious combination of academic nature and teacher education and of directional education and non-directional education has become the mainstream of the educational innovation in our modern world.Teachers colleges and universities in China should soon break the traditional paradigm,update the internal regulatory regime and introduce new mode of education.Otherwise,it will bcome rather difficult for them to confidently meet the grim challenge brought forth by the speed-up educational innovation all over the world.
