制冷机直接冷却高温超导磁体的实验研究

摘    要:利用5W/20K GM制冷机对高温超导磁体(HTS-SMES)进行了直接冷却实验研究,HTS磁体用Bi-2223带材绕制,内径72mm,外径112mm,高110mm,高温超导磁体经过16h冷却,达到25.4K低温温度.磁体轴向温差为2.8K,径向温差小于1K.实验表明,设计的高温超导磁体直接冷却结构和实验装置是可行的,为高温超导磁储能磁体直接冷却取得了理论分析依据和买验数据.

Abstract:High temperature superconducting superconducting magnetic energy storage(HTS SMES) magnet cooled was studied through 5?W/20?K GM cryocooler. SMES magnet was wound by Bi 2223 superconducting coil with its height 110?mm, inter diameter 72?mm and outer diameter 112?mm. In HTS SMES magnet its temperature could reach 25.4?K after 16?h, its longitudinal temperature difference was 2.8?K, and its radial temperature difference was fewer than 1?K at equilibrium. The experiment demonstrates that this experiment setup and the cooled construction of HTS SMES magnet are feasible. The data are obtained for the analysis of HTS SMES magnet cryocooler cooled.
