高浓度纤维悬浮体系中纤维取向的模拟及测定

摘    要:本文研究了高浓度纤维悬浮体系中纤维的取向状态,采用Doi-Doraiswamy流变模型,运用纤维跟踪技术计算取向张量,由取向椭圆表征纤维的取向状态.提出了用于测定短玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料中纤维取向的快速、简便的方法,并用该法测定了挤出成型的复合材料中纤维的取向分布.预测结果与实验数据基本相符.

Abstract:In this paper,the Doi-Doraiswamy rheological model is used to describe the constitutive relations of the suspension. The Finite Element Program is applied to calculate the flow field of shear flow. The fiber orientation tensor is solved by using a tracing technique.A new way is presented to measure the orientation distribution of glass fibers in short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite. The oriention distribution of glass fibers in an extrusion molding sample of composite has been measured and discussed. Numerical predictions are approximately consistent with the data obtained from the extrusion experiment.
