| 摘 要： | 党中央提出“构建社会主义和谐社会”的命题与邓小平“小康社会”的基本精神与要义有着内在的契合关系，因此，构建和谐社会是邓小平理论的题中之义，解读邓小平和谐社会理论内涵与实现途径、过程特点，对于今天建设社会主义和谐社会，具有重大的理论和现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | The proposition of"building up a socialist harmonious society"mentioned by the Chinese Communist Party tallies exactly with the basic spirit of"a well-off society"advocated by Deng Xiaoping.Therefore, building up a harmonious society is Deng Xiaoping's implication as well.To decode the theoretical connotation of a harmonious society and its implement as well as the characteristics of the process,is of great theoretical and practical significance for building up a socialist harmonious society. |
