基于CAN网络的纯电动轿车车载信息系统

摘    要:为了实现纯电动轿车的电控系统协同控制与管理,研制了基于CAN(controller aero network) 网络的万向纯电动轿车的整车车载信息系统.设计了电池管理系统(BMS)、电机驱动控制系统(MCS)、电气安全检测系统(EMS)这三个专属于电动汽车的高速CAN网络节点;为了减少线束并提高整车电控化水平,车身部分也实现了基于CAN网络的分布式控制.通过信息的采集、传输和分析,给出了万向纯电动轿车的行驶电压、电流等工况性能分析结果.车载信息系统可以监控电动汽车的示范运营,并为新型电动汽车的设计提供了参考依据.

Abstract:On the basis of Controller Aero Network(CAN) network, the vehicleboard information system for pure electric vehicles(PEV) made in Wanxiang electric vehicle Co.LTD was developed to control and manage the electronic systems of PEV coordinately.The battery management system,motor driving and control system and electric safety measurement system that are high speed CAN nodes of the electric vehicle were developed.To reduce the wiring harness and improve the level of electronic control for the whole vehicle,the body of the vehicle was also controlled by distributed CAN network.The information was acquired,transmitted and analyzed and the driving voltage and current working characteristics of the PEV from Wanxiang were discussed.Demonstration operation of the electric vehicle could be monitored and the design of the new type of electric vehicles could be directed by the vehicleboard information system.
