负载铜硅藻土作为精制四氯化钛除钒材料的研究

摘    要:本文首次报道采用负载铜硅藻土作为精制四氯化钛除钒材料的研究结果。负载铜硅藻土除钒材料与工业现行的铜丝球除钒材料比较,前者具有较好的除钒性能。此方法可以较大地减少铜耗。负载铜硅藻土在除钒处理后,可以再生,或作为有机催化氧化反应的有效催化剂。

Abstract:The results of supported Cu kieselguhr as removing V material for the refined titanium chloride was firstly reported in this paper. Comparing the above kieselguhr with the current industrial removing V material (copper gauze), the former had some better qualities. By this way the consumption of copper could be decreased greatly. And after the treatment of this process, the supported Cu kieselguhr could be reused, or could be used as the effective catalysts in the organic oxidation reaction.
