| Abstract: | WTO entry of China means the further opening of Chinese financial trade to the outside world. Facing the impact and challenge of foreign banking business, this paper puts forward the corresponding tactics, that is to establish and perfect the modern commercial bank system and to strengthen the effective supervision and management of the banks with foreign capital. |
