| 摘 要： | 对腰突症患者采用牵引疗法,用cybex-6000测力器对患者下肢治疗前后等速肌力测试（主要测试踝关节肌力）,结果显示:患侧伸肌的峰力矩、最大做功量、平均功率和肌肉爆发力等,治疗后比治疗前均显著增加,表明了腰椎牵引对腰突症患者患侧伸肌肌力的恢复有明显效果。

| Abstract: | People use traction treatment to cure patients of prolapsed of lumbar inter-vertebral disc. And after the test of same - pace muscle force(chiefly the test of ankle joint muscle force), the results are as follows: compared with those before treatment, there is a remarkable increase respectively in PT, TW, Average Power(A.P.) and TAE of affected side flexion and intension muscle. Therefore, it indicates that the traction of lumbar vertebra has a distinct effect on the recovery of patients with affected side extension muscle. |
