知识型企业的激励制度设计

摘    要:激励制度是知识型企业持续发展的重要保证。由于人力资本的产权特征 ,以及知识型工作难以监督的特点 ,知识型企业激励机制的设计成为激励理论研究的热点问题。本文论述了合伙制和股权激励是符合知识型企业特点的激励机制 ,同时激励机制设计还必须以知识管理为核心 ,在使知识型员工充分发挥出其智慧和创造力的同时 ,也不断提升组织的智慧和创新能力

Abstract:Incentive system is the important guarantee of enterprise development.Because human capital has its special property right,and knowledge work is difficult to supervise and police,the incentive system becomes a focus issue.This paper discussed that partnership and stock incentive accord with the peculiarity of knowledge enterprise,and the incentive system should be based on knowledge management,thus it can bring the wisdom and creativity of the employee as well as the organization into play.
