焊接夹具三维动态模拟的研究

摘    要:对动态模拟原理和手动杠杆-铰链焊接工装夹具配图装配过程进行了分析,提出了基于“画-擦-画”显示方式的三种模拟方案,通过对三种不同方案在实现焊接夹具三维动态模拟时的比较,得出第二种方案比较合适.并介绍了运用 ARX技术实现焊接夹具装配三维图的动态模拟.

Abstract:After analyzing dynamic simulation principle and assembly process of manual lever-hinged welding fixture, three simulation schemes are proposed, which base on the "plotting-erasing-plotting" dis- play pattern. It is found after comparing three-dimensional dynamic simulation of welding fixture among these three schemes that the scheme No. 2 is more appropriate than the other two, so that this scheme is used to introduce how to implement three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the assembly of welding fix- ture by using ARX technique.
