| 摘 要： | 采用显微镜观察结合MPN培养法,分析九龙江龙潭湖沉积物中甲藻孢囊的数量,并通过正交实验方法,探讨龙潭湖沉积物中甲藻孢囊对环境因子(光照、pH、培养液配方(营养盐)、温度)的复苏响应.实验结果表明,培养液配方(营养盐)对沉积物甲藻孢囊复苏过程产生显著的影响,沉积物中的硅藻、绿藻、蓝藻等微藻的存在也影响甲藻孢囊的复苏.

| Abstract: | Analyzed the recruitment of Dinoflagellate cysts from the sediment of Longtan Lake in Jiulong River by the methods of microscope observation and MPN culture.Through orthogonal experiments,studying the recruitment of cysts response to environmental factors including illumination,pH,nutrient and temperature.The results show that the effect of nutrient on the recruitment of Dinoflagellate cysts in the sediment is significantly.On the other hand,the recruitment of Dinoflagellate cysts may also be affected by the competition between Dinoflagellate and other kinds of alga in the sediment. |
