| 摘 要： | 分析了肝血管瘤的超声（US）、CT及MRI影像特点,对诊断肝血管瘤的3种方法进行了评价,提示根据3种方法的特点,采用合理的检查序列。采用螺旋CT或／和MRI在定性方面上证实超声可作为肝血管瘤的首选检查方法。不同方法之间联合运用,可提高对肝血管瘤的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | US,CT and MRI imaging features of hepatic hemangioma was analyzed.Three diagnosis methods for hepatic hemangioma were evaluated by using reasonable examination procedure.According to the characteristics of 3 methods,US is the first choice of all the methods for detecting hepatic hemangioma,which is reconfirmed by using spiral CT scanning and MRI.It was necessary to combine different methods with each other to raise the diagnostic level of hepatic hemangioma. |
