| 摘 要： | 为了满足新形式下参考咨询需求，充分保障图书馆参考咨询工作服务，本文在图腾图书集成管理系统数据库基础上，通过VB、PHP等开发工具，建立IM型参考咨询系统．该系统实现了咨询者与咨询员之间即时讯息交流，增强了信息参考咨询效果．
