纳米Fe3O4颗粒修饰接枝高分子季铵盐抗菌剂及抗菌活性研究

摘    要:
纳米Fe3O4颗粒经修饰接枝高分子季铵盐可形成具有抗菌功效的抗菌纳米Fe3O4颗粒。该抗菌颗粒对革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌、真菌(酵母)等具有明显的抗菌活性,抗菌活性与形成的季铵盐电荷及疏水性有关,以正己烷基形成的季铵盐抗菌剂的抗菌活性最高,聚合物分子量对抗菌剂的抗菌活性有较大影响,纳米Fe3O4颗粒修饰接枝高分子季铵盐抗菌剂后,具有较好的接枝稳定性。

Abstract:
It has strongly antimicrobial activity and well stability that the microbicidal nano-Fe3O4 derivatized with poly(4-vinyl-N-alkylated-pyridinium) and N-alkylated methylated polyethylenimine quaternary ammonium salt by activated and modified nano-Fe3O4.The antimicrobial activity of nano-Fe3O4 to bacteria and fungi(yeast) is obvious and related to the charges and hydrophobic of quaternary ammonium salt of polymer.The strongest antimicrobial activity is gotten from grafted N-hexylated quaternary ammonium salt polymer and the antimicrobial activity of nano-Fe3O4 is effected on molecular of polymer.
