试论高等法学专业学生社会主义法治理念的培养

高等法学教育是培养社会主义法律人才的基本方式和重要手段。现阶段,在高等法学教育中加强培养学生“依法治国、执法为民、服务大局、公平正义、党的领导”的社会主义法治理念,对于法治国家的建设以及社会主义法治的实现具有非常重要的理论意义和实践价值。培养高校法学专业学生的社会主义法治理念,可以从课堂教学和实践教学两个方面着手进行,这两方面互为补充,互相促进,缺一不可。

A Discussion on Fostering the Idea of Socialist Rule of Law in Higher Legal Education

Higher legal education is a main and basic method to foster socialist lawyers.In this period,we should develop students' "socialist idea of government by law" in higher legal education,which focuses on rule by law,administration for the people,service for the nation,equality and justice,being under the Party's leadership.It is of significance to construct the nation ruled by law and realize socialist rule of law in both theoretical and practical aspects.The action to bring up students' socialist idea of rule by law should be taken in two aspects: in classroom teaching and in practical teaching,which afford and accelerate each other.
