| 摘 要： | 制浆造纸业是中国的支柱产业之一，但同时也是污染大户.生物技术辅助制浆由于其污染小、成本低而日益引进重视，白腐菌是应用最广泛的菌种.从中国制浆造纸业相关的生物制浆技术、白腐菌降解木质素机理、筛选、改良和应用等方面展开了较全面的论述.

| Abstract: | Pulp and paper industry is one of the pillar industries in China,but it is alsothe major pollutionto the environment. Biological technology aided pulping techniques has gained much attention for its low contamination and low cost. White rot fungi are the most widely used strains. This paper gives a broad review on the relevant biological pulping technology, the mechanism of lignin degradation by white rot fungi, and the screening, improvement and application of white rot fungi. |
