| Abstract: | Sci-tech intelligence and information are the important strategic resources for the development of today＇s society; however, its importance in colleges and universities is waiting to be further worked out. This paper expounds the concepts of sci-tech intelligence and information, and from six aspects, probes into the important functions of sei-tech intelligence and information in modern colleges and universities. |
