摘    要:以武汉纺织大学图书馆为例,详细介绍了高校图书馆如何结合学校实行绩效工资的时机,制定一套有效的绩效考核办法,并针对考核结果建立一套有效的激励机制.

Abstract:Taking the library of Wuhan Textile University as an example, this paper introduces in detail how university library to formulate a set of effective methods for the performance evaluation and establish a set of effective stimulant mechanisms based on the evaluation results in the occasion of that the university is implementing the merit pay.
