| 摘 要： | 完善的社会保障制度是现代社会发展的必然要求.对当前我国开征社会保障税进行了SWOT分析,阐述了社会保障制度的意义及我国社会保障制度的发展状况,分析了我国开征社会保障税的可行性及开证过程中遇到的难题,得出了相关结论.

This paper makes a SWOT analysis on levying social security tax in China, expounds the significance of social security system and the development status of China＇ s social security system, analyzes the feasibility of levying social security tax in China and the difficulties in levying social security tax, and puts forward the related conclusion. |
