| 摘 要： | 高素质的人才需要高素质的教师培养,教师专业素质的研究将是新世纪十分重要的问题.本文拟站在新课程条件下,从教师职业道德、教学能力,教育科研能力等方面对现代体育教师应具备的专业素质进行研究的探讨,以满足新课程理念的要求,为更好完成体育教学提供理论依据.
