日本科学技术史界的东京工业大学学派

日本东京工业大学科学技术史教育和研究起源于战后该校校长和田小六发动的教育改革,注重对科学与技术的社会功能与效果进行深入反思的特征,使之区别于注重东方传统的京都大学学派和旨在追赶欧美的东京大学学派.上世纪下半叶,东京工业大学的科技史学派在体制上经历了从教育向研究的扩展.90年代的新变革,又将东京工业大学科技史及相关研究室整合到经营工学系的研究生教育体制中.新体制旨在促进学科间的交叉和推动科学技术史教育和研究在新形势下的发展.

Tokyo Institute of Technology Group in Japanese Community of History of Science and Technology

The education and research on history of science and technology in Tokyo Institute of Technology were derived from educational reform launched by the president of the institute Koroku Wada after World War II. Their attention to introspection on science and technology in the society was distinguished from Kyoto University group's emphasis on the oriental tradition and that of University of Tokyo group to catch up with the West. Since the beginning of 1970s, Tokyo Institute of Technology group has paid more attention to the research on history of science. With the new reform in 1990,Tokyo Institute of Technology group gained further development in the education and research institutionalization on history of science and technology.
