| 摘 要： | 以石油酸为原料经络合脱脂肪酸、酯化，制取ＨＷ－１型皮革加脂剂。用正交实验设计考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等对络合脱脂肪、酯化反应的影响。其工艺条件是：络合反应温度为４０℃，酯化反应温度为１５０℃，酯化反应时间为２ｈ。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the process of the production of HW-1 fatliquoring agent for leather by complex degreasing and esterification with petroleum acid as the raw material. The authors investigate the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the proportion of raw materials to the influence on complex degreasing and esterification by orthogenality test. The technical conditions are: temperature 40℃, esterification temperature 150℃, esterification time 2 hs. |
