高强度钢冷弯成型过程应力状态模拟分析

摘    要:运用有限元分析软件对不同工艺下的高强度钢冷弯成型过程应力、应变状态进行模拟分析。结果表明,所作的有限元应力、应变状态模拟符合实际成型情况;3种不同成型道次中,4道次成型为最佳成型道次;上轧辊角大于成型角4°可最大限度地减小残余轧制应力。

Simulation analysis of stress distribution of high-strength steel in cold roll forming

Abstract:Simulation analysis was made of stress and strain distribution of high-strength steel in the process of cold roll forming under different technical conditions via finite element software. It is found that the results of the finite element simulation of stress and strain distribution agree well with the actual situation, and among three different paths, four-path rolling is the best. It is also found that the upper rolling angle must be four degrees bigger than the forming angle, which can minimize the residual rolling stress.
