强电场和机械荷载联合作用下轴对称压电层合圆板的非线性变形

摘    要:本文研究可移简支及夹支边界条件下,轴对称压电层合圆板在强电场和机械荷载联合作用下的非线性变形,考虑电致伸缩的非线性压电效应及几何非线性,导出轴对称压电层合圆板的von Karman方程,利用幂级数法求解,得到强电场和均布载荷作用下的挠度、轴力及轴向位移的解析表达式,通过对双压电晶片执行器的数值计算及分析,得到线性与非线性模型之间的差别和适用范围。

Abstract:The nonlinear deformations of simply supported and fixed supported piezoelectric laminated axisymmetric circular plates are studied under combined strong electric field and mechanical force. Von Karman equation of axisymmetric piezoelectric laminated circular plates is obtained with a view to influence of the electrostrictive nonlinear piezoelectric effects and geometric nonlinearity. The analytic expressions of deflection, force and displacement of the plates for two boundary conditions are obtained by series expansion under combined electric field and uniformly distributed load. By numerical calculation and analysis of Bimorph piezoelectric circular plates, the difference and applicable scope between linear and nonlinear models are found.
