摘    要:为研究脉冲大电流应用所使用的电缆,优化设计其结构并选择绝缘层材料。首先针对同轴结构电缆,分析了半导电层对电缆绝缘层电场的影响。然后在绝热条件下,计算了不同导体截面积电缆的温度,并通过试验计算了硅橡胶和不同氟橡胶材料热导率随温度的变化规律。在对计算结果进行分析比较的基础上,确定选择内、外导体截面相同且没有半导电层的同轴电缆结构,以及F0-2706型氟橡胶材料作为绝缘层。最后,通过有限元Comsol软件仿真计算了氟橡胶绝缘电缆的温升,针对连续通过脉冲大电流时电缆温升过高的问题,提出了采用水冷方式降低电缆温升的方法。仿真结果表明:通过水冷方式降低电缆温升,冷却效果明显,可以在一定程度内满足工程应用需求。

Abstract:In order to study the cable applied to large pulse current, including the optimization of structure and the selection of insulating layer material. First, to the coaxial structure cable, the effect of semi-conductive layer on electric field of insulation layer is analyzed. Then, the temperature of the cables with different conductor cross-sectional area is calculated under the condition of adiabatic, and the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber and different fluorine rubber materials with temperature is also calculated through the test calculation. On the basis of analysis and comparison of the calculation results, it is determined to select the coaxial structure cable with the same internal and external conductor cross section and no semi-conducting layer, and the F0-2706 type fluorine rubber material as insulating layer. At last, the temperature of fluorine rubber insulated cable is simulated by using the comsol software, which is based on the finite element method. Aiming at the problem of the temperature of cable is too high when continuous large pulse current passing, the method of using water cooling to reduce the temperature is proposed. The results show that the cooling effect is obvious and it can meet the demand of engineering application to a certain extent.
