| Abstract: | This paper introduces the contents,procedures and measures that should be taken into consideration in making tender offers for international project based on EPC contracting mode in order to make the domestic units participating in the competitive tender have some knowledge about tender offers for international project and thus improve the success rate of the competitive tender of international project. |
