| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with the principle of the guarded measurement and the schematic circuit for its realization in the closed loop resistance measurement. Test data show that the circuit proposed is feasible. Some problems in resistance measurement for R-2R ladder resistor network of DAC are discussed. |
