| 摘 要： | 对包装机横封凸轮机构进行了运动分析,得到摆杆角速度和角加速度的变化规律及其存在的缺陷。根据凸轮轮廓设计理论,应用解析法,设计出满足工作要求和运动特性的凸轮轮廓方程。利用MATLAB的绘图功能得出优化后的凸轮轮廓曲线。

| Abstract: | With the motion analysis for the cam of traverse seal mechanism on packaging machine,the defects of the angular velocity and angular acceleration of pendulum rod were found out.According to the design theory of cam contour,the equation of the cam contour was designed in analytical method which meet the job requirements and motion characteristics.An optimized shape of the cam contour was gained by using MATLAB graphics function. |
